David focuses his practice in matters of general litigation. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the United States District Court from the District of New Jersey. He previously served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Linda R. Feinberg, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Law Division, Mercer County. While clerking, he handled a variety of civil and criminal matters including prerogative writs, requests pursuant to the Open Public Records Act, election issues and matters related to the State Grand Jury. As a trained and certified mediator through the Administrative Office of the Courts, David has mediated many small claims disputes.

In 2002, David graduated from Muhlenberg College, in Allentown, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a secondary education certification. During the Spring of 2001, he studied abroad at the Lorenzo di Medici Institute in Florence, Italy. David earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Widener University School of Law in 2005. While attending law school, David regularly competed as a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society.

Originally from Hamilton, New Jersey, David currently resides in Hopewell Boro with his wife.
