Kimberly Pelky-Sdeo

Kimberly is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Maselli Warren, P.C., Kimberly served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Laura M. LeWinn, J.A.D. during her tenure as the Presiding Judge of the Mercer County Superior Court, Family Part through her transition to the Appellate Division. During her clerkship, Kimberly handled all aspects of family law, including dissolution, child custody, support, domestic violence actions, and orders to show cause. Kimberly has also completed the Administrative Office of the Court’s Mediation Certificate Program and used her mediation skills in resolving many family part matters.

Kimberly attended the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia and received a B.A. in Economics, cum laude in 2003. Kimberly received her law degree from The Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson School of Law in 2006, where she was named a Miller Center Public Interest Fellow and received the CALI award for excellence in Estate Planning and Wealth Transfers. While attending law school, Kimberly was actively involved in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program and served as the Treasurer and President of the Public Interest Law Fund (PILF). During her last year of law school, Kimberly worked as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Department of Education – Office of Chief Counsel, where she researched various aspects of law and helped prepare a No Child Left Behind Pennsylvania Supreme Court Appeal.

Kimberly currently resides in Lawrenceville Township with her husband.
